Curiosity, teamwork and resilience this Easter…

Thank you to Highways England for welcoming us into their workplace where the children got an insight into a range of roles and skills before demonstrating their own impressive bridge building skills during a STEM workshop. The brilliant volunteers at Bristol Cathedral then guided us through the story of this historic building, challenging the children to work in teams and use what they’d learned to complete an Easter trail. On our final trip of the Easter holidays Wider World visited Cheddar Gorge where we explored the magical caves, got a taste what life was like for our ancestors, climbed 274 steps up Jacob’s ladder and embarked on a cliff top walk, meeting some mountain goats along the way!
