We are half way through our Easter holiday activity days!

Last week the Wider World team got inside access to Trinity Road police station where we had a fascinating tour from some of Bristol’s police officers. At Windmill Hill City Farm we tested our cooking skills and reaped the rewards eating our own home made pizzas before visiting the farm’s resident goats, cows, ducks, geese and chickens. The curiosity and zest displayed by the children during these visits was really remarkable.
On day 2 the rain didn’t get in the way of all the children taking part in an array of team building challenges at St Paul’s Adventure Playground. Human hungry hippos, puzzle races and blindfolded communication challenges were all battled out among the teams for the much coveted prize of chocolate eggs! These tasks encouraged fantastic team work and leadership skills.
More activities to come this week…
